Requirements for Subscription Services

Returns
We do not accept returns on subscriptions or items included in subscription boxes. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, send an email to 4flashandtrash within 7 days of delivery and we will mail you a replacement item at no cost to you.  If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item, which will be be used to improve quality assurance processes.  Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of Flash and Trash. All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical or similar item. This means that we will make every attempt to match the color and/or variant of the item we are replacing. If an identical or similar item is not available, we reserve the right to offer you a choice between a non-identical replacement item of similar value.  

Flash and Trash is not responsible for damage that occurs due to weather, postal carrier handling, or which occurs after the postal carrier has delivered your package. 

Refunds:
Subscriptions are non-refundable. 

Shipping:
Items will be shipped to the address listed in your account. You have until the 1st day of each shipping month to update your address. After the 1st, we can not guarantee that your address can be updated. You may update your shipping address and payment information anytime by logging into your account.  If you need assistance, please email 4flashandtrash@gmail.com

Requirements for Singular Items

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for STORE CREDIT. No cash refunds. Once return is received, credit will be issued within 5 days as a gift card. 

 PLEASE REFER TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

The following items are NOT eligible for returns:

  • Sale/Clearance/Discounted merchandise
  • Jewelry
  • Leggings
  • Hats
  • Sunglasses
  • Hair accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Candles
  • Decor items
  • Custom items (including preorders)
  • Seasonal Items (Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc.)
  • Masks
  • Shoes
  • Beauty products
  • Items not received within the 10 day return period

Returns must be received within 10 days of your delivery confirmation date. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for return package transit.  
  • A tracking number and insurance is suggested for your protection. 
    Flash and Trash is not responsible for missing or damaged return packages.  

Returns must be in the same condition in which you received them.

  • Unwashed, unworn, free of smoke, stains, pet hair, and makeup.
  • Original tags must be attached.

Please follow all washing and care instructions.  We are not responsible for clothing damage due to improper laundering.

Returned items that do not follow the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.

 If you have received defective merchandise or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 4flashandtrash@gmail.com.  There is a 3 business day grace period to report damaged or incorrect merchandise. 

 Exchanges

Due to our quick moving inventory, we only offer store credit for returns that meet the above listed criteria.  The customer will be responsible for the shipping expenses incurred in returning the item to Flash and Trash.
